No. Fermion runs in shadow mode first, comparing its plan against your real ferments. You move to assisted actions and then bounded autonomy only when you are ready.

What sensors do I need?

It works with what most fermenters already have: temperature, gravity or Brix, and pH. Dissolved oxygen and inline gravity sharpen the model where you have them.

Will it protect our recipes?
