$11k/ still / mo
Cut-state control on a single still with safety enforcement and audit.
Talk to usThe cut is the most valuable and most safety-critical call in the stillhouse, and it is still made largely by hand and nose. Cutrix estimates the heads, hearts, and tails boundary live and holds the hearts on character inside hard methanol limits.
What it does
A few minutes or a degree too early or late gives you harsh, low-yield, or unsafe spirit, and the right cut point drifts with the wash, the still, and the weather. Cutrix reads the run continuously and estimates where the heads end and the tails begin, run after run.
How it works
Cutrix ingests Fermion's characterized wash and Nosera's inline readings alongside still telemetry, then controls reflux, heat, and cut timing. Safety limits are hard constraints, not suggestions. The distillery twin can rehearse a cut before the still fires.
Autonomy, on your terms
Capabilities
Reads the evolving heads, hearts, and tails boundary from live telemetry and spectra.
Predicts and enforces methanol and safety limits as hard constraints on every run.
Pushes for hearts recovery without letting feints reach the spirit.
Captures the cut decisions each distiller approves so the house style carries forward.
Writes an immutable trail for quality release and excise and safety review.
Signals
Every recommendation traces back to signals your team can open and check.
| Signal | Source | What Cutrix does |
|---|---|---|
| Plate / column temps | Still telemetry | Tracks the cut state as vapor composition shifts. |
| ABV / reflux | Inline meters | Controls reflux and heat to hold the hearts on character. |
| Inline spectra | Nosera sensing | Reads congener and methanol signals in real time. |
| Wash profile | Fermion passport | Anticipates the cut from how the wash was built. |
| Copper contact | Still config | Adjusts for how the still shapes the spirit that day. |
Inside the stack
Cutrix sits at the center of Caskent. It consumes Fermion's wash and Nosera's live sensing, makes the call that most determines quality and yield, then hands the fill chemistry to Caskora so maturation starts from a known point. The more stills run on it, the better its read of every cut across the fleet.
Pricing
Land where the pain is, prove the lift, then grow vessel by vessel and site by site.

Methanol and safety limits are hard constraints. Cutrix will hold the cut inside them even when that means leaving some yield on the table, and it logs every decision.
No. It captures and scales the calls your distillers approve. They set the house style and the limits, and Cutrix holds to them run after run.
Both. Cutrix works across pot and column stills for whisky, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and brandy.
